2. Services Provided

Naija Cargo & Logistics offers air, ocean, express, and ground freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and related logistics services. Services are subject to availability, applicable laws, and regulatory approvals.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All price quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, fees, and surcharges unless explicitly stated.
• Fuel surcharges, security fees, or other unforeseen costs may result in price adjustments.

4. Booking and Confirmation

• Shipments must be booked in advance and are subject to acceptance by Naija Cargo & Logistics.
• Bookings become confirmed once payment or deposit terms are met as outlined in the invoice.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and mobile money platforms.
• Late payments may incur an interest charge of 2% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Naija Cargo & Logistics acts as an agent in arranging transportation and will exercise reasonable care.
• Liability for loss or damage is limited to the value declared at booking or $100 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased.
• Customers are encouraged to purchase adequate insurance for their shipments.

7. Packaging and Documentation

• Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packing in accordance with international standards and regulations.
• All shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.) must be complete and accurate.
• Incorrect or incomplete documentation may cause delays, fines, or additional charges for which Naija Cargo & Logistics is not responsible.

8. Customs and Compliance

• Accurate and truthful customs information must be provided by the customer.
• Naija Cargo & Logistics is not liable for delays, penalties, or confiscations arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or unlawful declarations.
• Customers must comply with all import/export regulations of the origin and destination countries.

9. Hazardous and Restricted Goods

• Transport of hazardous, dangerous, or restricted goods is subject to prior approval and must comply with all applicable regulations (e.g., IATA, IMDG codes).
• Customers must disclose the nature of such goods and provide all necessary permits and documentation.
• Naija Cargo & Logistics reserves the right to refuse shipment of hazardous or restricted items without liability.

10. Cancellation and Changes

• Cancellations or amendments must be made in writing and are subject to acceptance.
• Fees may apply depending on the timing and nature of changes or cancellations.

11. Force Majeure

Naija Cargo & Logistics is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, war, or pandemics.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria or United States.
• Disputes will be resolved first through mediation or arbitration before any court proceedings.
